Channel Zero season 2 No-End House was the show’s creepiest. Channel Zero is a SYFY series inspired by creepypasta, a form of internet horror fiction. These tales are typically told from a first-person account or take the form of modern urban legends. The Slender Man is arguably creepypasta’s most famous creation, but other major tales include “Jeff The Killer,” “Sonic.Exe” and the eerie slow-burn of “Ted The Caver.” There haven’t been many adaptations of these tales, however, though Slender Man received a 2018 movie of the same name....

The latest release of Google Chrome is rolling out today for Mac, Windows, and Linux. On desktops, Chrome 73 introduces a handful of changes related to syncing and account sign-in, as well as developer support for hardware media keys and Auto Picture-in-Picture. However, the most significant user-facing addition is a Dark Mode for macOS. Chrome’s Dark Mode respects the Appearance setting in macOS Mojave and the counterpart Windows 10 “Colors” option....

Google has started inviting selected users to enable the data-compression feature it first launched on Android back in March. Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) estimates that there are now 181M iPhones in active use in the US, up from 176M in the middle of last year … It says the installed base grew 3% in Q3 of this year, and 14% year-on-year. While that is significant growth, the company says the growth is levelling off. CIRP analysis indicates that the iPhone US installed base reached 181 million units as of September 29, 2018, compared to 176 million units as of the end of the June 2018 quarter and 159 million units as of the end of the September 2017 quarter...

YouTube’s hit Cobra Kai TV series is returning for a third season that will debut in 2020.
