China Unicom, the second-largest wireless carrier in China and currently Apple’s sole carrier of the iPhone in country, announced a new promotion that would provide customers with a free iPhone 4S when signing up for a multiyear commitment. CBS has updated its Radio News application with support for Apple’s CarPlay interface. Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 Using an alternate DNS, instead of your ISP’s, is a good way to get faster browsing results. Cloudflare DNS is touting 28% faster results over other services like OpenDNS. It offers both DNS-over-TLS and DNS-over-HTTPS and is currently sitting at a 14ms response time compared to 20ms or OpenDNS and 34ms for Google DNS. But most importantly, Cloudflare DNS is focussing heavily on privacy for the user. The company says it will wipe all logs of DNS queries within 24 hours....
